Academic Program
Scholarly Minds offers academic coaching, test preparation, and graduate-level support through group sessions, private tutoring, and a collaborative learning environment. Students aren’t rushed in or out—we create space for them to stay, study, ask questions, and connect with peers who share similar academic goals. Members benefit from structured guidance, real-time feedback, focused practice sessions, and access to expert support across a range of subjects and exams.
Our program includes preparation for the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and ASVAB, as well as specialized coaching for Master’s and PhD students. We provide dissertation and thesis editing, writing support, and mentoring backed by deep expertise in qualitative research methods and academic rigor.

Test Prep (SAT, GRE, GMAT, ASVAB)
Scholarly Minds provides structured, results-driven preparation for the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and ASVAB, helping students master exam content, timing strategies, and test-taking confidence. Academic Coaching (Master’s & PhD)
Our graduate-level coaching program supports Master’s and PhD students across disciplines with high-level academic guidance. We assist with coursework, research design, literature reviews, qualitative methodologies, academic writing, and long-term planning. For students working on major projects, we offer dissertation and thesis support, including structural coaching, argument development, editing, and methodological clarity. General Tutoring (Kindergarten – Bachelor’s Degree)
Scholarly Minds offers comprehensive tutoring for students from Kindergarten through Bachelor’s level, covering reading, writing, math, study skills, science, history, and more. Each session focuses on building foundational understanding, strengthening confidence, and developing lifelong learning habits. Our tutors create a welcoming, supportive environment where students can ask questions freely, practice new skills, and make steady progress at their own pace.
